Step into NJE VR Winery Tour and experience the journey of winemaking from the very first grape to the final sip. Your visit begins with a short presentation that introduces the winery before guiding you through every essential stage of the process.

The adventure starts with viticulture where you use a refractometer to select the perfect grapes. From there you move on to grape processing, setting up the grape washer, the crusher and finally the pressing machine to extract the fresh grape juice. Next comes the fermentation where the grape juice and yeast are transferred into a steel tank to begin the transformation into wine.
